General shipping information

All items in our shop are in stock and ship within 1 – 2 business days from the time your payment is received. Packages will be sent to your Paypal address unless you instruct us to send it to another address.

Caku does not accept responsibility for lost orders. We only post items to given addresses and provide Registered Australian Post parcels as a postal option.

Free Shipping

Spend over $100 to get free shipping Australia nation wide.

Domestic Shipping (within Australia)

Caku offers regular and express postage options calculated by weight. Free Shipping across Australia when you spend over $100! For packages under 500g:

Regular Parcel Post $6.35

Package will arrive in 1-5 business days.
There is tracking for this item which will be sent to your email from Australia Post.

Express Post $9.20

Package will arrive next day for metro customers, or in 1-3 business days for regional customers. Tracking codes are available, and Australia Post includes insurance up to $50 on orders lost in the mail. Australia Post will email you your tracking code.

International Shipping

Caku offers both Air Mail and Express Post International calculated by weight. Flat rate for international customers is also available! Add to cart to calculate shipping cost for estimated postage.

Air Mail

Package will arrive in 2 -3 weeks. There is no tracking code or insurance for this option. Caku takes no responsibility for mail lost.

Express Post International

Package will arrive in 3 – 7 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities. There is tracking for this item which will be sent to your email from Australia Post.

Flat Rate

Package will be shipped via Australia Registered Post International. Shipping generally takes 3 – 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities. Proof of delivery is available at most destinations, however there is no tracking code or insurance for this option. Caku takes no responsibility for mail lost.

Taxes & Duties

All our prices are in Australia dollars. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns & Exchange

Please read our sizing charts or email us if you have questions before you buy.
We will happily accept returns of items that do not fit correctly or that are faulty and swap them for the right size if available.

How to return or exchange your purchase

  1. Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days (national) and 10 days (international) upon receipt of delivery.
  2. Before returning an item please email us explaining what you are returning and why?
  3. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post as we can’t be responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
  4. Caku is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. However, if you are exchanging an item for another one, the new item will be shipped back to you for free.
  5. All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition, with swing tags attached and in their original packaging. We cannot allow returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non saleable products.
  6. We will email you when the item arrives back and notify you when your refund has been processed (usually on the same day). Your funds will then show up on your statement within 3-4 business days.
  7. All exchanges are processed as a new sale and a return. Place and pay for a new order online and send your original order back to us (as above) for a refund. We will refund your original order as soon as we receive it.
  8. All international customers should contact us regarding customs clearance before shipping.
